With the right mindset, everyone is capable of reaching the top of the majestic Merdeka 118 building. Most participants will walk the entire climb, from ground floor to Level 118. This makes it easy to train; all you need is access to stairs, so you can practice and strengthen your stair climbing muscles.

You can also prepare effectively by practicing any other relevant physical activity such as running, hiking, cycling – any activity that involves your legs and cardio will do the trick!

100 Floors Club Malaysia

Those that want to take their preparation a bit more seriously can join Malaysia’s “100 Floors Club”, organised by the Malaysian Towerrunning Association.
